In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, cosmetic products fall under the category of goods that cannot be returned or refunded once they have been opened, unsealed, used, tested, or otherwise removed from their original condition, due to hygiene and safety regulations.
VanderBeauty.com complies with Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection and related national regulations which specify that certain product categories — including cosmetics, personal care items, and beauty products — are not eligible for return unless they have manufacturing defects or do not correspond to the description provided.
Therefore:

Unopened and unused cosmetic products may be eligible for return only if they remain in their original packaging, with all seals intact, and without any signs of use or damage.
Opened or used products, or products with broken seals, cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases where a defect is confirmed.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, customers must notify us within the applicable legal timeframe and provide supporting evidence (photos, videos, or the product itself) for evaluation.
VanderBeauty reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the legal conditions for non-food cosmetic goods established by Moldovan law.
